ORDERS:

Samiah Fine Clothing is a brand that embodies quality, refinement and timeless style. Each of our designs is hand made to order in our studio in Huntington Beach, CA. We are happy to sew in the tag “Made in America” in all our garments. We provide a selection of men’s and women’s clothing and we offer special sizing at no additional cost. Some larger sizes and fabric selections require additional fees, which are clearly marked at time of order.

 

PAYMENT:

We accept credit cards or PayPal. Checks and money orders are accepted only with phone orders and only within the US. If you would like to place a phone order, please call (714) 272-9212 

If you are interested in our Layaway program, please contact us and we can set up a payment plan.

 

DELIVERY TIME

We have a 6 week turn around on our handmade designs to insure enough time for fabric purchase and measurement assessments. However, when an item is completed, it is shipped within 24-48 hours, so you may receive your item much sooner.  If an items has not been received after 6 weeks, please contact us immediately at (714) 272-9212 or customerservice@samiah.com

If you need the item sooner, we will try to accommodate your special needs. Please contact us prior to placing an order so we can assess the time frame.  Keep in mind that a surcharge of 10% applies rush orders. FIT AND MEASUREMENTS

We take great care in insuring a proper fit for each and every order. We understand the challenge of ordering clothing online and we take extra precautions in making a garment that you will not only enjoy wearing but you will love the way it fits and looks on you, no matter your size or shape.

We have provided a size chart in the gallery under each design. Furthermore we ask for your precise measurements at checkout. This will insure that we size you correctly and alter the pattern to fit you perfectly.

We are also working on a short video demonstrating “How to take the proper measurements” to help you with this process.

FABRICS/ TRIMS: SAMPLE REQUESTS

Making a decision on color online can be difficult. We are more than glad to send you a sample package of fabrics you are interested in. To request a sample package, please email us  at customerservice@samiah.com. Let us know what item you are interested in, what colors you want to see and a shipping address.

 

SHIPPING

You can have your item shipped to you via UPS, FedEx or Priority mail in the US. You will be notified via email that the package has shipped and a tracking number will be provided. If you are ordering from an international location, please use UPS or FedEx or First Class Mail. You are responsible for any local taxes or custom fees.

 

TAXES AND FEES:

Buyer is responsible for any local taxes and customs fees. At checkout, you will be charged sales taxes if you are a California resident (ship address is in California).

 

EXCHANGES/ FIT ISSUES:

Sometimes an item is shipped to a customer that does not fit properly, even after careful measurements have been given. Everyone’s body and shape is different and we understand this. This is why we offer an exchange for the same item, but we ask that you provide clear measurement adjustments based on the item you have received. QUALITY ASSURANCE: FABRIC and/or CONSTRUCTION FLAWS

We guarantee our products to be free of fabric or construction flaws. Each item is carefully checked for quality control before it is shipped. Should any flaw be found in our construction or fabric, please notify us immediately and we will exchange the item as soon as possible. We will ship out a new item in exchange as soon as the original is returned. We will also issue a refund for the returned item shipping charge.

 

RETURNS/ REFUNDS/ CREDIT POLICY

Should you decide not to keep the item you purchased, for any reason, we have a 3 day return policy based on the date the buyer receives package. The item must not have been worn.  Funds will be returned once the item has been returned to us.  If you decide to return the item after the 3 days grace period, a credit for the purchase price will be issued, to be used on any other Samiah product. The credit will expire 1 year from the issue date. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges

 

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

All of our coats and jackets are to be dry cleaned. Spot cleaning is recommended for small areas where dirt or food soiled the fabric. Please do not hand wash or machine wash your coat/ jacket as it will shrink and the shape will be distorted and permanently damaged.

We recommend Scotch guarding your coat/jacket if you live in an area where it rains a lot. This will protect the garment from water and dirt. Scotch guarding is recommended once a year.
